Advice You Can Count On

What are one of the best things in the world? Right, cookies. So if you can't count on the advice of a cookie, what can you count on? Truth be told, this is some of the very best advice I have ever received. That, and "mean isn't funny." That was really good advice, too.

But we all had some fun anyway. Food, babies (the movie...snore), and the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens where Em got her dream job (yay Em!) as Compost Coordinator (how cool is that?!)

I picked up a nifty brochure at Dunkin Donuts today. It asked me a question, but I think this is a better question......

She's Back and Better Than Ever!

A-Mem came to town and it was so great to see her. I miss her so much. Would you believe that we took a cruise (above?) No? OK, then, that's her on Roosevelt Island...

I had two glorious days in her presence. Needless to say there was delicious gluten-free pizza...

We went to the Highline, walked around the Village, ate pupusas...all the usual.

On Sunday we met at Roosevelt Island....
